Maximilian Alexandrovich Kirienko-Voloshin, commonly known as Max Voloshin, was a Ukrainian poet. He was known for his brilliant translations of a number of French poetic and prose works into Russian.

I received yesterday the 2011 issue of the Albanian 5 leke. I noticed some differences with previous issues, so, I decided to scan my items and show the results here:

Fiji 50 cents 2013 - Iliesa Delana

Costa Rica 10 colones 2012 - New variety

I received today a parcel from a good friend. Inside I've found a clearly new sub-type from Costa Rica. The aluminium 10 colones from 2012 has many differences with previous type from 2008, as you can see in this picture from my own collection:



Numeral "10" is smaller, as well as "COLONES" and year "2012". Legend "REPUBLICA DE COSTA RICA" has different typography. Finally, the coat of arms is quite different, too.

If you can confirm more denominations and sub-types from 2012 and 2013, I'd be happy to post here.

We've received news confirming these new materials for Kuwait coins:

From 2011 on, the 5 & 10 fils coins have a steel core, not Aluminium-Bronze like before (KM#10 and KM#11).
